Review documents and Forms for accuracy and completeness before entering data
Maintain organized records and filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of data
Assist in other data entry projects as assigned, collaborating with the team to meet deadlines
Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
Adhere to all data entry rules, guidelines, and quality standards
Multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry
Provide support and assistance to other data entry staff members as needed
Update, maintain, and research provider information in multiple systems
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Create and enter data into google spreadsheets
Performs other duties as assigned
Data Entry Specialist Requirements:
A high school diploma or Graduation.
At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry Operator.
Solid time management and organizational skills, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry software
High attention to details and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and as a part of team
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
