Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and MIS as required.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and clarification.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and records.
Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
Assist in administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of data management and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience working in manufacturing or corporate office environment.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
