Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and Excel sheets
Prepare, verify, and organize data for reports
Review data for errors and make necessary corrections
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
Perform basic data analysis and reporting using MS Excel
Follow data entry procedures and company policies
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of
MS Excel
(Basics like VLOOKUP, Pivot Table a plus)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Basic computer knowledge
Education & Qualification:
Minimum
12th Pass
Additional certification in computer applications preferred
