Visacent was founded in 2012 and is based in the UK and the US, with branch offices in Noida and Greater Noida. Offshore and on-site teams collaborate to drive the company's growth.

We offer end-to-end solutions including concept development, software development, support service, process application form, data entry, and digital marketing. We specialise in web applications, mobile apps, and custom software development solutions.

As a Processing Agent, you'll be responsible for:

Verify incoming information from the applicant client. Process customer data for application processing via the web. Identify and notify the presence of erroneous information and refer to the customer service agent if necessary. Recommend process improvements.
