We are looking for a

dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive

to join our team. The role requires maintaining, updating, and managing data accurately across PartyWitty's internal systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and verify data in PartyWitty's CRM and backend systems. Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency while handling large volumes of information. Manage venue, event, and partner details to ensure updated listings. Organize, review, and correct errors in existing data. Coordinate with operations, sales, and tech teams for data requirements. Generate basic reports and summaries when needed. Ensure confidentiality and security of company and partner data.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Data Entry Operator/Executive

or similar role.

Typing speed of 30+ WPM

with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM tools or database management (preferred). Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Minimum:

12th Pass / Graduate preferred

. 1-2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong skills can also apply).
