. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data, preparing reports, and supporting the operations team in day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into Excel and Google Sheets.
Organize, clean, and maintain large datasets for various departments.
Create and update basic reports, tables, and charts.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect or clarify data as needed.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
Assist in generating regular summaries and documentation.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(Advanced formulas, formatting, sorting, filtering).
Familiarity with
Google Sheets
and online collaboration tools.
Accurate typing and data entry skills.
Good written and verbal
communication skills

Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
