Data Entry Operator - Job Overview
Nova Institute of Medical Sciences and Medical Research Centre is looking for a
detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in the company databases and systems. Candidates must have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work with accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in various systems and databases.
Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
Maintain records, files, and documents systematically.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Ensure data confidentiality and follow data management procedures.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Generate reports and provide data support to relevant departments.
Assist with clerical and administrative tasks when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate (as per company requirement).
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good communication skills.
