Data Entry Operator (DEO)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator (DEO) to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing data related to student academics, attendance, and office documentation. The role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and tools, including data entry software, Microsoft Excel, and basic graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update academic records with precision. Handle the student attendance system efficiently, ensuring data accuracy. Perform typing tasks with speed and accuracy. Assist in office activities, including proper filing and document management. Utilize Microsoft Excel for organizing and analyzing data. Assist with basic graphic design tasks using Corel Draw and Photoshop.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirement: Any degree or diploma. Preferred candidates with relevant experience in engineering colleges. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Should type at least 70WPM Basic knowledge of Corel Draw and Photoshop. Familiarity with academic systems and student attendance tracking. Excellent typing skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and experience with office management. Date of Joining: Immediate Location:Ankushapur, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad

Salary and Compensation

Competitive salary: 20 - 22k (Based on the interview performance) Benefits: As defined by the management for this position.
