Update PO information: PO number, vendor name, date, item details, quantity, and amount.
Verify all PO data before entry and report missing or incorrect details.
Maintain organized and updated Google Sheets with proper formatting.
Store and manage digital PO documents in Google Drive with correct file naming.
Cross-check PO details with internal teams when needed.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on PO entries completed and pending.
Ensure accuracy, timely updates, and confidentiality of company information.
