Handle incoming customer calls politely and professionally
Reply to customer messages (WhatsApp, email, or chat) using given templates
Maintain customer details in system (basic data entry in Excel / CRM)
Forward technical issues to senior team when needed
Follow up with customers for updates or feedback
Requirements
Basic knowledge of operating computer (MS Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp Web)
Good communication skills (English / Tamil - as per requirement.
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (preferred)
Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
