Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain information on our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with spreadsheets and data entry software.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data accurately into computer systems and databases. Review and verify the accuracy of data before entry. Update and maintain information on company databases and computer systems. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations. Scan documents and print files, when needed. Respond to information requests and provide basic administrative support. Ensure data integrity and security. Perform regular backups and ensure data preservation.

Requirements:

Proven data entry experience or similar role. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software. Good understanding of databases. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Any Graduation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in back-office work. Familiarity with office equipment such as Printer and scanners. Basic knowledge of customer service processes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
