Utkarsh Transmissions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented

Data Entry Operator

to manage accurate and timely data entry into the ERP system. The role involves maintaining production, inventory, purchase, sales, and accounting records to support smooth manufacturing and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately in the ERP system related to: Purchase orders, GRN, and vendor details Sales orders, dispatch, invoices, and customer data Production entries, BOM, work orders, and job cards Inventory records including raw material, WIP, and finished goods Maintain daily data records as per ERP process and company SOPs Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with concerned departments Generate ERP reports as required by management Maintain proper documentation and data confidentiality Assist accounts, stores, and production teams with ERP-related entries Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly ERP updates

Skills & Competencies

Working knowledge of

ERP software

(any manufacturing ERP preferred) Proficiency in

MS Excel, MS Word

, and basic computer operations Good typing speed with high accuracy Basic understanding of

manufacturing processes, inventory, and accounts

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under deadlines

Educational Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field Certification in computer applications or ERP (preferred)

Experience

1-3 years of experience in

ERP data entry

(manufacturing industry preferred) Freshers with ERP training may also be considered

Working Conditions

Office / Factory-based role May require coordination with production, stores, and accounts departments

Salary & Benefits

As per company standards and candidate experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,194.18 - ₹17,000.00 per month
