Key Responsibilities:
? Enter shipment details accurately into logistics management systems
? Maintain documentation related to import/export, billing & tracking
? Coordinate with operations, billing, and customer support teams
? Verify data for accuracy and resolve mismatches
Requirements:
? Good typing speed and accuracy
? Basic knowledge of MS Excel & logistics documentation preferred
? Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment
? Good communication & coordination skills
