Key Responsibilities:
Enter day-to-day accounting and office data in
Tally
Create and update simple vouchers, bills, and stock entries
Maintain and update records in
Excel
Verify data for accuracy before final submission
Prepare simple Excel reports as required
Organize and maintain office documents and files
Assist the accounts and office team with routine data task.
Candidate Preferences:
Basic knowledge of
Tally
and
Excel
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Punctual and reliable.
