JOB RESPONSIBILTY



Enter, verify, and update data into computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Maintain accurate records of company information, such as invoices, customer details, production data, or sales reports. Review data for errors, correct inconsistencies, and ensure data integrity. Prepare and generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required. Maintain confidentiality and security of data. Assist in documentation, scanning, and filing of physical and digital records. Support other departments by providing accurate data when requested. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks. Perform routine backups and ensure database accuracy. Fast and accurate typing skills. Good knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word)
