Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Type: Upto 3 Months (Can be increased based on Performance)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 per month

(Depending on experience, skill, and performance)

Work Schedule:

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Weekly Off: Monday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Lunch Break: 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM

Minimum Monthly Working Hours: 190 hours

No Paid Leaves

Sunday Leave (if taken) will be counted as double deduction

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry and record maintenance in company software.

Updating databases and generating reports as required.

Verifying data accuracy and correcting errors.

Maintaining confidentiality of information.

Handling basic documentation and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

Option 1: Graduate (any stream) with computer knowledge

Option 2: 10+2 (minimum 60% marks) with computer knowledge

Typing proficiency and knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email is mandatory.

Required Skills:

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Basic communication skills.

Previous experience in data entry will be preferred.

Performance & Growth Opportunity:

Based on performance, attendance, and accuracy, the candidate may be offered a permanent position with salary appraisal.
