Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient

Data Entry Operator

to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining restaurant data including reservations, menus, inventory, billing, and customer records.The role includes maintaining stock levels, ensuring quality and freshness of products, coordinating with vendors, supervising storage practices, and supporting the kitchen team with timely supply of ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily receiving, storage, and issuance of grocery and raw materials. Check the quality, freshness, and expiry of all grocery items before accepting deliveries. Maintain proper stock records and ensure accurate inventory management. Ensure proper labeling, rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and hygiene in storage areas. Enter daily sales, billing, and expense records into software/POS systems. Maintain updated records of stock, inventory usage, and supplier invoices. Prepare and update staff attendance and payroll-related data. Compile data for daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management. Coordinate with kitchen, accounts, and store teams to collect required information. Generate reports for management including sales trends, stock usage, and vendor records.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and restaurant POS/inventory software. Strong typing speed with accuracy and attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines. Strong communication skills to coordinate with different departments.
