Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems.
Verify and correct data before final entry to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation in digital and physical formats.
Generate reports, maintain logs, and track daily data entries.
Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate information.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and summaries as required by management.
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role preferred.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
and data management tools.
Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Education:
Minimum
Graduate in any discipline

Computer training certificate preferred.
