The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and records in the system. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure smooth operations and reliable information management.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and manage files, records, and documentation.
Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Coordinate with other departments to collect and validate required data.
Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data entry.
Support administrative tasks related to documentation and reporting.
