Problem Resolution:

Troubleshoot issues, process requests, and provide satisfactory solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Data Management:

Accurately update customer information, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks.

Task Efficiency:

Handle multiple interactions simultaneously while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Collaboration:

Work with other teams to resolve complex customer problems.
