Job Description

We are looking for a

detail-oriented Data Entry Operator

with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and enthusiastic about learning and working in the

fashion industry

. Basic knowledge or interest in fashion will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data related to products, designs, inventory, orders, and vendor details Maintain and manage databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission Coordinate with design, merchandising, and operations teams for data clarification Prepare reports and summaries as required Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times Support the team with documentation and record-keeping activities

Requirements & Skills:

1-3 years of proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications Good typing speed with high accuracy Basic understanding of fashion, apparel, fabrics, or retail terminology is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently Willingness and curiosity to learn about the fashion industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fashion, apparel, textile, or retail organization Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems Good communication and coordination skills
