Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets and other MIS tools.
Data Follow-up & Push: Proactively follow up with departmental heads and team members to ensure all required data is submitted accurately and on time, including sales portals and other relevant sources.
Data Accuracy & Integrity: Conduct regular checks and audits to identify and correct data errors, inconsistencies, and missing values, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of routine reports by compiling and organizing data as needed.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for data-related queries from other departments, ensuring effective communication to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Documentation: Maintain clear and organized records of data entry tasks, follow-ups, and data sources.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
Experience
0-2 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or office support role. Experience with data management will be considered an advantage.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including strong knowledge of functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), pivot tables, and data validation.
o
Familiarity with other MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
o
Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality principles.
