Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or software platforms.
Review and verify data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
Maintain and update records as per office requirements.
Organize paperwork and digital documents systematically.
Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data.
Assist with scanning, printing, and document filing as needed.
Follow data confidentiality and information security policies.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum education: 12th Pass; a Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
Typing speed: Minimum 30-40 WPM (words per minute).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, data entry software).
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
