Data Entry Operator

to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain client records in internal systems and immigration databases with a high degree of accuracy. Review and verify client documentation to ensure completeness and compliance prior to submission. Maintain and organise both digital and physical records in accordance with firm policies. Prepare and generate reports as required by management and case officers. Coordinate with consultants and case managers to support efficient application processing. Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards when handling client information.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong typing speed with exceptional accuracy. Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability, and time management skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team. Prior experience in immigration, legal, or compliance-related fields will be considered an advantage.
