Job Title:Data Entry Operator Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our company's database and systems. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage and organize large amounts of information. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and update data in various systems and databases accurately and efficiently. - Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making corrections as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data. - Organize and file records appropriately for easy access. - Assist with generating reports and data analysis as needed. - Communicate with team members and management to clarify data requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Manage time effectively and meet deadlines for data entry tasks. - Perform other administrative tasks as required. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred. - Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role. - Strong typing skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills. Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with database management or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
