. The ideal candidate is an expert in Microsoft Excel, capable of managing data efficiently, while possessing the strong communication skills necessary to coordinate with internal teams. If you are a proactive problem solver who never lets a task slip through the cracks, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Create, maintain, and update complex Excel spreadsheets. You must be comfortable using formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF functions) and Pivot Tables to organize data for decision-making.
Team Coordination:
Act as the bridge between different departments/staff members to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding project status and daily tasks.
Rigorous Follow-up:
Own the follow-up process. You will track pending queries, leads, or tasks and ensure they are brought to closure in a timely manner.
Reporting:
Generate daily/weekly reports to track performance metrics and present findings to management clearly.
Communication:
Maintain professional and clear communication (both verbal and written) to ensure smooth operations and minimize errors.
Requirements:
Excel Proficiency:
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) is non-negotiable. You should be comfortable managing large datasets and creating automated formulas.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with staff and external stakeholders.
Follow-up Discipline:
A "bulldog" mentality when it comes to follow-ups--you remember the details so others don't have to.
