We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The role involves handling digital documentation tasks such as scanning, OCR conversion, and organizing files accurately. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has basic computer knowledge, and pays strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan physical documents and convert them into digital format Handle bulk document scanning efficiently while maintaining accuracy Convert scanned documents into editable digital formats using OCR software Maintain data integrity and accuracy throughout the conversion process Organize and categorize documents as per company requirements Maintain proper records, file names, and backup for all digital data Ensure data confidentiality and follow organizational data handling policies Maintain logs of completed work and pending tasks Perform basic data entry and formatting tasks when required Assist in maintaining digital document repositories Support team members with document retrieval requests Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, File Management, Scanning tools) Familiarity with OCR software (preferred but not mandatory) Good typing speed and accuracy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently Good communication and teamwork abilities

Education:

Minimum: Diploma / Graduate in any stream Certification in computer applications or data entry is a plus.
