Enter and update purchase orders, sales invoices, and export-related documents in ERP/Excel.
Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries, and daily transaction logs.
Verify accuracy of data before entering into system; correct errors where necessary.
Generate export shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, etc.) as per requirement.
Coordinate with store and sales team for timely data updates.
Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of company data.
File and organize both physical and digital records systematically.
Assist in periodic audits and provide required data to auditors.
