Schedule deliveries, pickups, or personnel movements efficiently, taking into account factors TAT.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with logistics teams, and customers to provide real-time updates and address any issues or concerns.
Documentation:
Keep accurate records of dispatch activities, and inventory.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on dispatch activities, including delivery performance metrics and cost analysis.
