Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information; make necessary corrections.
Maintain and manage records, files, and documents in both digital and physical formats.
Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
Generate and distribute reports as required.
Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and summaries for management or clients.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of all data.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
Perform regular backups and data recovery when needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or data management certification preferred.
Proven experience as a data entry operator, data clerk, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software/tools.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
