Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate entry of data through phone. Prepare slips and ensure proper tagging/labeling of items. Coordinate with the billing team by updating and forwarding required details. Greet and welcome customers on the floor in a polite and professional manner. Assist in coordinating with stock boys for packaging, loading and stock management when required. Support in organizing daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth workflow. Provide basic customer assistance, including checking for comfort (breakfast/lunch arrangements when needed).

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred). Ability to coordinate with team members effectively. Prior experience in retail/operations/data entry will be an added advantage.
