Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and update data into the company's database or other systems. Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Retrieve and manage data as requested for reporting or analysis. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Organize and maintain physical or digital records and documentation. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and clarify data requirements. Perform regular backups and assist in data recovery tasks when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or computer applications are a plus. Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy (e.g., 40-60 words per minute or more). Familiarity with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace tools. Basic understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL or CRM platforms) is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
