Enter and update data accurately in Excel and company systems
Maintain records, files, and documentation for back-office operations
Prepare reports, letters, and basic spreadsheets as required
Handle daily office tasks such as data verification and document management
Coordinate with internal teams for information collection and follow-ups
Assist in basic administrative and support activities

Good knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, formatting, data entry)
Strong documentation and filing skills
