Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient

Data Entry Operator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. They should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in company databases with accuracy. Verify and review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Organize and manage electronic and paper records. Generate reports and retrieve data as requested. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow. Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity. Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum

30 WPM

). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role. Familiarity with CRM software or ERP systems. Knowledge of data privacy and security guidelines.
