Job Responsibilities:
Billing & Sales Entry:
Accurately enter sales data and prepare invoices.
Maintain proper records of daily sales transactions.
Purchase Entry:
Enter purchase bills and related data into the system.
Ensure all purchase records are updated and accurate.
Customer Coordination:
Communicate with customers regarding their product requirements, orders, and follow-ups.
Provide support and address customer queries professionally.
Documentation & Filing:
Maintain proper documentation of all entries and transactions.
Ensure all data is organized and easily retrievable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in purchase or inventory management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in Tally software, MS Excel, inventory software, and basic computer operations.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Experience in similar roles preferred (Freshers with good skills may also apply).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
