Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data into company systems and databases.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and correct any issues.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Generate reports and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Assist in administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an advantage.
