Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in Excel, Zoho, and internal software accurately
Maintain inward, outward, and challan records
Prepare and update daily/weekly data sheets and reports
Convert documents to PDF and save in proper folders
Maintain physical and digital files systematically
Coordinate with guards, stores, and production team for data collection
Check completeness of entries and follow up for missing data
Support CRM, billing, and operations team with data tasks
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy
Skills & Requirements
Graduation / Undergraduate
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations
Experience with any ERP/CRM is an advantage
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Basic understanding of office documentation
Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Experience
1-3 years experience in data entry / office administration preferred
Freshers with strong computer skills can also apply
