About the Role:

Double Klick Designs is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented

Data Entry Operator cum Office Runner

to support our day-to-day office operations. The role involves managing data entry tasks, basic administrative duties, and handling outdoor office errands when required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both office and field responsibilities and possess basic computer hardware knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases and records. Prepare, update, and organize documents, files, and reports. Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative support tasks. Handle deliveries, pickups, and other outdoor office errands. Operate MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management software efficiently. Troubleshoot basic computer or hardware issues when needed. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ensure timely task completion.

Requirements:

Two-Wheeler is Mandatory

with a valid driving license. Proficient in

MS Office (Word, Excel)

and familiar with data entry tools. Basic understanding of

computer hardware and office administration

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Good communication skills and the ability to multitask between office and field work. Proactive, responsible, and able to manage time effectively.

Skills & Qualities:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Dependable, punctual, and self-driven. Flexible and willing to work both in-office and outdoors. Honest, disciplined, and committed to quality work.

Compensation:

Salary + Travel Allowance

(as per company policy)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
