Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and provide administrative support to management and technical teams.
Key Duties:
Manage office communications (emails, phone calls, scheduling).
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Assist in procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and office supplies.
Organize meetings, client visits, and internal events.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (internet, hardware, etc.).
Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain petty cash records.
Support management in documentation, compliance, and project coordination.
Ensure adherence to company policies and office discipline.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of basic HR/admin processes.
Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle day-to-day office challenges.
