CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
system This position plays a vital role in maintaining data integrity, supporting sales and marketing functions, and ensuring that customer information is organized, up to date, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Management:
Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems.
Maintain and regularly update customer records, sales data, and other key information.
Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Organize and manage digital filing systems.
Perform routine data backups to ensure information security.
2. CRM Handling:
Manage and update CRM systems (e g Salesforce, Zoho, Meritto etc.
Ensure CRM data consistency and cleanliness across departments.
Assist sales and marketing teams with CRM data extraction and report generation.
Monitor CRM workflows, follow ups, and lead communication.
Train new team members on CRM usage and best practices (as needed).
Manage LMS (Learning Management System) recordings, including uploading, maintaining, and granting access to users.
3.Reporting & Coordination:
Generate regular reports on customer interactions, sales pipelines, and CRM activity.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather and verify information.
Support process improvements related to CRM and data management.
Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, CRM operations, or similar administrative roles.
Key Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
Hands on experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Fresh sales.
Excellent data entry accuracy and typing speed.
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing or customer service workflows.
Ability to manage confidential data responsibly.
