:

The MIS Executive / Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering and updating inventory-related data, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and order processing. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in data systems, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update inward/outward inventory records in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Maintain accurate data of product SKU, batch, quantity, and location. Prepare and update dispatch records, invoices, packing lists, and GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes). Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify incoming and outgoing shipment data. Manage and update daily reports including stock summaries, damage reports, return reports, and order status. Enter and verify data for online marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Support stock audits, cycle counting, and reconciliation with accurate data inputs. Maintain digital and physical records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure confidentiality and data security of all records handled. Promptly escalate discrepancies or delays to supervisors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
