is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. The role involves verifying data for accuracy, organizing digital and physical records, generating reports, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and database management systems. Good organizational abilities and effective communication skills are also essential to ensure data integrity and smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Organize and manage both digital and physical records.
Generate and retrieve reports as required.
Perform regular data backups and basic database maintenance.
Communicate with the department to ensure data consistency.
Provide general administrative support such as filing, printing, and scanning.
Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrate fast and accurate typing with good computer literacy (especially in MS Office, database and internet).
Typing skills 20-25WPM.
Qualifications & Skills:
HS passed
Well versed in knowledge of Computer
Required Diploma Certificate in Computer Applications for 6 months
Note:
The engagement will be purely on Contractual basis for 2(Two) months which might be extended based on Corporation's requirement and it cannot be claimed.
A remuneration of
Rs.7000/- only (Rupees Seven Thousand)
only will be paid per month.
