Enter and update data into company databases and software.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and organize records in an efficient manner.
Generate reports and retrieve data as required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data.
Coordinate with other departments for data-related requirements.
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
Typing speed of at least 30-40 wpm preferred.
Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles will be an advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
