Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases within specified time limits.
Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output for accuracy.
Perform regular backups and generate reports as required.
Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems.
Support general back office operations, including filing, scanning, printing, and other clerical duties as assigned.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data handled.
Assist with any additional administrative or office work as directed by supervisors.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar back office role.
Graduation or equivalent required; additional computer training/certification is a plus.
Proven
typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry software.
