Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering customer and loan data into our system, supporting loan and credit card processing, and coordinating with sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Management

Enter/update customer & loan details Maintain accurate digital records

Document Verification

Check KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements) Match data with submitted documents

Team Coordination

Support tele-callers & field staff Resolve data errors or missing info

Compliance

Maintain customer confidentiality Follow banking/NBFC data rules

Reporting

Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports Assist in tracking loan application status

Customer Follow-Up

(if needed) Follow up for missing documents Assist with loan application queries

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience:

0-2 years (financial sector preferred)

Computer Skills:

MS Excel/Word, basic computer operations

Typing Speed:

30-40 WPM (with accuracy)

Other:

Detail-oriented, basic financial knowledge
