We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Data Entry Operator
to accurately input, update, and maintain company data on computer systems and databases. The candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
Maintain accurate records of valuable information.
Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies and correct them.
Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
Generate reports, store completed work, and manage backups.
Assist in preparing and maintaining digital and physical records.
Ensure proper use of office equipment (computers, scanners, etc.).
Follow data privacy and security policies.
Coordinate with other departments for timely and accurate data entry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management software.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of office equipment and basic administrative procedures.
Experience with ERP/CRM software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
