Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into company databases accurately and efficiently
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
Update existing data and maintain logs of activities and completed work
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
Respond to data requests and provide data to authorized personnel as needed
Perform routine backup operations and ensure data integrity
Follow data entry procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) with formulas and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with databases or CRM systems
Zoho Books.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
