Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Content Development
Create well-organized documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for academic and online use.
Research information to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Coordinate with the design team to include visuals, charts, and infographics where needed.
Proofread and edit content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Work with subject experts and team members to ensure content aligns with project goals.
Administrative & Business Support
Assist online students by responding to queries and providing timely support.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for business growth.
Support the analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns to improve future performance.
Training
On-the-job training will be provided to help you confidently handle all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Preferred: Commerce background or a related field.
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good command of English grammar, spelling, and formatting.
Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
