About the internship
HR Anexi is a strategic human capital consulting organization with a complete array of capabilities in talent assessment, organization development, employee engagement, HR outsourcing, executive search, and research and survey. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry and Research Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in data entry tasks and conduct research to support various projects within the company. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in data management and research methodologies.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including inputting, updating, and maintaining records in databases or spreadsheets.
2. Conduct research using online sources, databases, and other resources to gather relevant information.
3. Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness.
4. Assist in organizing and cataloging data to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval.
5. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
6. Assist in generating reports and presentations based on research findings.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.
8. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Other requirements
1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree program, preferably in a field related to data science, business, economics, or a relevant discipline.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
