Shopsky Store is an IT start-up founded in 2021. It's a local-to-the-local marketplace with head office at Bhamashah Techno Hub, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. We are an online shopping site for mobiles, computers, laptops, electronics, electrical accessories, and more and we also provide software consultancy to organizations working with us.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scan documents, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
2. Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
3. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check the output
4. Keep information confidential
5. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
6. Comply with data integrity and security policies
7. Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

Skills Required:

1. Proven data entry work experience as a data entry operator or office clerk
2. Experience with MS Office and data programs
3. Familiarity with administrative duties
4. Experience in using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners
5. Typing speed and accuracy
6. Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
7. Attention to detail
8. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
9. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
10. Chennai-based candidates can apply

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated by per document completion).
